A beautiful and rare pair of Louis XV gilt bronze figural chenets, one with a seated boy holding a flute in his left hand, the other with a girl with open musical sheets on her lap and a rolled up sheet in er right hand, each figure upon a scrolled base ornamented with acanthus supported on four scrolled strap-work legs and lion paw feet
